New Formation Report for pulling Historical Information
When creating a Formation report, you can now pull information from inactive or historical classes. This can be especially helpful when you want to reach out to students from previous classes and invite them to join your upcoming Formation classes. The report type used to view this information is called Formation - Permanent Records. You can now view the historical classes a member has been enrolled in, as long as those classes have been reported in their Formation Member Profile.
Monthly Weekly Mass Attendance - Allow Reporting on Multiple Months
Monthly Weekly Mass Attendance - Allow Reporting on Multiple Months
When creating a Monthly Weekly Mass Attendance report, you can now pull data for multiple months and years within a single report. To do this, select Monthly Weekly Mass Attendance as the report type, add your desired fields, and then select the start/end month and year for the date range you would like to include. Once you have your report set up, select Preview and Export in the upper-right corner to view or export your results. This makes it easier to review attendance data across multiple months or years without having to run a separate report for each period.

You can now assign a language to each Mass time, making it easier to identify which language a Mass is offered in.
To get started, go to Administration, Parish, and then Mass Times. From there, you can either create a new Mass time or select an existing one. Click Mass Language and choose the desired language. Once you’re finished, click Save.

You can now export a .CSV file containing all Mass Counts recorded at your parish. The export includes the Mass Date, Mass Type, Mass Description, Mass Language, Building, Mass Time, Mass Count, and Approximate Communion Count.
This makes it easy to view, organize, and work with your parish’s Mass Count data.

You can now easily copy everyone from an existing tag into a new tag, making it easier to organize and manage your lists.
To get started, go to Administration → Settings → Lists and create a new tag. Then, go to Administration → Procedures → Batch Tags. Select the new tag you created, then select the old tag you’d like to copy from. Once you’re ready, click Add to Tag.
All of the members in the old tag will then be added to your new tag.
