Events – Registration

Once you've created an event, it will appear under the Event Registration tab. This is your home base for managing everything related to who's signed up, who's pending, and what still needs your attention. The Registration Tab
Registration Tab

Click into any event to see its full registration details. The Registration tab shows every family whose registration has been accepted. The information present includes:
  • Camino Household ID (if linked to your database)
  • Registrant names and number of attendees
  • Event cost and balance due
  • Contact information
Each registration row also includes four action icons on the right:
  • View Registration — Opens the form exactly as the registrant submitted it, so you can review their responses at any time.
  • Mark as Paid — Records payment once a registrant has settled their balance.
  • Cancel Registration — Allows you to cancel a registration on behalf of your parish or diocese.
  • Link to Camino Life — Manually links an unlinked registrant to a household and member record in your Camino database.
The Pending Tab
The Pending tab shows registrations that are waiting for your approval. All the same action icons are available here, with one difference: instead of Mark as Paid, you'll see an Approve Registration button. Clicking it accepts the registration and moves that person to the Registered tab.
If your event has a waitlist enabled and it reaches capacity, waitlisted registrants will also appear here.

The Data Review Tab
The Data Review tab is available for registrants who are linked to a Camino Life account. If a registrant updated or added information to any Camino-linked fields during the registration process, those changes will appear here for your review — before anything is changed in your database.
Data Review - Overview
You'll see the household name, registrant name, and the number of changes they submitted. Click the Review Differences icon to see a side-by-side breakdown of each change, including:
  • The Camino field that was updated
  • The current value in Camino
  • The value the registrant submitted
From there, you can approve the change — which updates your Camino database — or decline it, leaving your existing record untouched.
