Camino's Parish Parameters now includes two new settings to help customize your experience: Default Household and Member View and Starting Envelope Number. New Parish Parameters 1. Default Household and Member View
Households View FiltersYou can now set a default view for your Household and Member screens at the parish level. Since every parish is different — varying in size and membership — this setting lets you choose the view that works best for your team without having to adjust it each time.
2. Starting Envelope Number
Envelope Number Pull-down Envelope numbering isn't always straightforward. Your next needed number may not follow sequentially from the last one saved, and your parish may only work within a specific numeric range — making the lowest available number unhelpful as a default.
With the Starting Envelope Number setting, you can define where your envelope number range begins. Here's how it works:
The top suggestion will always be the next available number after the last envelope number you entered and saved in a household.
The following suggestions will be available numbers starting from your configured Starting Envelope Number in Parish Parameters.
This ensures the options you see by default are relevant to your parish's actual numbering practices.
Other Enhancements:
Improved Fund Search in Batch Contributions Fund SearchSearching for a fund while entering batch contributions is now much more flexible. Previously, the search only matched the first character of a fund name. You can now search by any part of the name, making it faster and easier to find the fund you need.
Prevent Accidental Role Inactivation Active Setting on User RoleYou can no longer inactivate the role you are currently logged in as. This safeguard prevents users from accidentally locking themselves out of the system. The inactivation option will appear grayed out for your active role.
