Individual Notes Fields The notes fields have been updated to allow specific notes based on users and roles. These notes will no longer populate in one big text block, but can be entered with the current user information, date, and a category for viewing or writing purposes.

These photos can be exported in member reports to make a member picture directory in addition to the household picture directory. Contact Log at Parish Level The contact log has been enabled at the parish level. This allows the parish to track all communications for households in the system. This log can be populated through reports or directly on the household screen.
Log every contact that has been made for a specific household or group of households.
Batch contact logging has been added so the log can be updated for a group of households in a report.
Separate contact logs based on the person who contacted them, the type of contact, the fund it is associated with, and more.
