Camino generated baptismal certificate

Most church baptism certificates use the father's full given name and the mother's full given name WITH HER MAIDEN NAME, not her married last name. To generate a certificate I have to delete suggested mother's last name and fill in with a copy and pasted maiden name. Having the default as maiden name for mother would shave off some time.
